Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Education (2)

The Faith Community Nurse Program of Catholic Health – Buffalo, NY and the Parish Nurse ministries of NY, Inc. will offer the Foundations of Faith Community Nursing education.

 Faith Community Nurses provide intentional care to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and communities. This five-weekend online course utilizes the 2019 Foundations of Faith Community Nursing curriculum to help nurses in any faith or spiritual community to provide healing, wellness, health promotion, and disease prevention.

Participants must be a registered professional nurse with a unencumbered, active license. Participants should also have access to a computer, as all course activity is conducted through the use of a web-based system. 

Upon successful completion of the course, which includes attending ALL sessions, participants will be awarded 34 CEUs. 

Catholic Health System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Course Dates: (Friday’s and Saturday’s) September 23/24 to October 21/22, 2022

Time: Friday evenings from 4:50 – 9:30pm                                                              

             Saturdays from 8:50am – 1:00pm
Cost: $375.00
