Foundations of Faith Community Nursing (online from Australia)

This comprehensive internationally recognized course will prepare and equip Registered Nurses for the specialty of Faith Community Nursing. The AFCNA course is taught on-line over one semester, (May-Oct 2021) with 2 modules released every 3 weeks followed by a joint Zoom class, so your learning is self-paced from the comfort of home. The 16 modules (36 hours) are taught via online video tutorials with 16 accompanying workbooks with notes, learning activities, and practical resources for students that accompany each module.
It is taught from a Christian worldview, covering topics such as spirituality, theology, biblical principles for professional practice, holistic health and healing, health promotion, illness prevention, community health, supporting people with specific life/health issues, self-care, and much more.
