Our profession is breaking…nurses are leaving the work they have felt called to do in unheard-of numbers. Weariness and a sense of exhaustion are being felt in all parts of our being: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Nurses tell us they do not feel seen or heard. Many are experiencing a growing distance in their relationship with God. In these trying times, how do we begin to address our own spiritual needs? How do we support our colleagues from a more wholistic perspective? Come and experience renewed hope as we discover simple steps that can help us grow and develop who we are spiritually.
