Faith Community Nurse outreach continues in Dukem, Ethiopia, despite many obstacles of the pandemic and civil unrest in surrounding areas. Due to new government rules, the clinic closed in 2021 until an Ethiopian nurse is hired full-time in the clinic which is housed at Crosspointe School in Dukem. Our Ethiopian Directors are working on interviewing nurses; however, processes are slow. My work through Ebenezer International Ministries (EIM) (ebenezerim.org) is continuing, and I look forward to returning on a health ministries mission when God opens the door. I work with a team of pastors and lay people all over the U. S. Southeast. Except for 2020, our teams have continued with church planting, street ministry, Bible conferences, and crusades in many areas of Ethiopia. I would appreciate your prayers for all these ministries, that the EIM Health Ministries clinic will find an Ethiopian nurse, and that we can continue our FCN work in a greater capacity. Blessings to all!
