Foundations of Faith Community Nursing

Faith Community Nursing imparts close attention to an individual’s spirit, where praying and addressing spiritual needs are supported. Individuals or groups come to the ministry at times feeling hopeless and helpless. The FCN must be able to inspire hope and encourage faith which, in turn, changes their outlook and possibly health outcomes, maintaining and/or regaining wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.
